Can someone please explain to me why I was stuck in traffic for 15 minutes today? I know it's a Friday, but it wasn't even five o' clock yet! People are barely getting ready for the evening gridlock. Traveling down Highway 83/Zapata Highway is probably my biggest driving pet peeve. I avoid it at all costs, unless I mindlessly drive into it like a fly in a Venus fly trap!I can't even begin to explain the headache: 35 MPH speed limit, four unnecessary stop lights, seven major subdivisions (plus out of town traffic) servicing the four lane highway, and Laredoans don't even know how to drive to begin with!
